1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and bpk365 ("bpk365", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming information and entertainment platform accessible at bpk365.cam ("Platform", "Site").

4 Account Registration

To access certain features of the bpk365 Platform, you may be required to register for a User Account. Registration is subject to the following conditions:

1. Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, current and complete information during the registration process. Provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

4. KYC Verification: bpk365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.
5. One Account Per User: Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, bpk365 reserves the right to close all but one account and withhold any balances or bonuses accrued across duplicate accounts.

bpk365 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such decline.

5 Terms of Use

By accessing the bpk365 Platform, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conditions apply to all use of the Platform:

• You may access the Platform for personal, non-commercial informational and entertainment purposes only.
• You must not use the Platform to engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, defamatory or otherwise objectionable.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its underlying systems, servers or networks.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, scrapers or similar technologies to extract content or data from the Platform without express written permission from bpk365.
• You must not upload, transmit or distribute any content that contains malware, viruses or other harmful code.
• You must not impersonate any other person, entity or bpk365 representative in connection with your use of the Platform.
• You must not engage in any form of collusion, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting or exploitation of system errors to gain an unfair advantage.

bpk365 reserves the right to monitor Platform usage and investigate any suspected breach of these Terms of Use. Evidence of breach may be passed to relevant authorities where required by law.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the bpk365 Platform are subject to the following terms:

1. Accepted Methods: Payment methods available for deposits and withdrawals are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change at any time. References to Pakistani payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are contextual examples only. These providers are not affiliated with bpk365 and their availability for any specific transaction depends on current operator integrations and applicable compliance requirements.
2. Currency: Transactions may be denominated in PKR or other currencies as specified within the Platform's cashier. Users are responsible for any applicable currency conversion costs.

6. Own Funds Only: Users must only deposit funds that belong to them. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. bpk365 reserves the right to block or return any deposit identified as originating from a third party.
7. Cryptocurrency: Where cryptocurrency deposits (such as BTC or USDT) are accepted, they are subject to network confirmation times, applicable exchange rate fluctuations and additional compliance checks. Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

bpk365 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback arrangements and other incentives ("Promotions") to eligible users from time to time. The following general terms apply to all Promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• All Promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds requirements, time limits, game eligibility restrictions and maximum withdrawal caps. These are documented within each Promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds and free spins are credited to a user's bonus balance, which is separate from the real-money balance. Winnings generated from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each Promotion is stated within that Promotion's terms.
• bpk365 reserves the right to withdraw any Promotion at any time, change its terms or restrict eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same Promotion, exploiting system errors or coordinated exploitation of promotional terms — is strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• Promotional offers illustrated on this Platform (including illustrative bonus amounts, cashback percentages and tier thresholds) are examples only. Actual Promotion values and eligibility depend on the specific published terms at the time of claiming.

8 Responsible Gambling

9 Prohibited Conduct

• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the same individual, whether under the same or different identities.

• Engaging in any form of collusion with other users for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.

• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, chargebacks or any other financial crime through the Platform.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble or copy any part of the Platform's software, code or content.
• Harassing, threatening or engaging in abusive behaviour toward bpk365 staff or other users.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bpk365 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall selection and arrangement thereof — is the intellectual property of bpk365 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform's content for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written authorisation from bpk365.
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes, including resale, sublicensing or publication on third-party platforms.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices displayed on the Platform.

The bpk365 name, logo and all associated brand elements are trademarks of bpk365. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bpk365, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities.
• Losses arising from reliance on any information or content published on the Platform.
• Technical failures, interruptions or errors affecting Platform accessibility.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account or data by third parties.
• Gambling losses arising from participation in gaming activities accessed through or referenced by the Platform.

The Platform and all content therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. bpk365 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

12 Termination & Suspension

bpk365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, money laundering or other financial crime.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.
• Discovery that the User does not meet applicable eligibility requirements, including age requirements.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate Account closure.

Upon Account termination, any real-money balance remaining in a verified, compliant Account will be processed for return to the User via a confirmed payment method, subject to outstanding verification requirements and applicable terms. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not completed applicable wagering requirements shall be forfeited upon termination.

Users may also request voluntary Account closure by contacting bpk365 support. Closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe subject to any outstanding verification or compliance checks.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bpk365 is licensed to operate, as specified in the operator's current license documentation.

Where an international license applies to the operator, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body specified in the operator's license terms.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bpk365 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will be published on this page with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.

Where changes to the Terms are material, bpk365 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to registered Users. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Your continued use of the bpk365 Platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure if applicable.
